The hotel had lovely views of the surrounding mountains which were seen from the balcony. The atmosphere at the hotel was very peaceful and tranquil. the breakfast was fantastic, and the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area.
We had a less than pleasant experience during our stay, the room was cramped and not very modern. the location was a bit far from the city center and there were limited dining options in the immediate area.

I spent an amazing New Year's Eve at this unique and charming hotel. the rooms were beautifully decorated and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I especially liked the fact that the hotel offered complimentary healthy snacks and tea throughout the day, and the Thai and Western food at the nearby coffee house was delicious. the stunning mountain views from the balcony were breathtaking and the hotel's location allowed for peaceful and relaxing surroundings.
The hotel was quite far from the main downtown area, which made it difficult to find transportation and there were limited restaurant options nearby. despite the minor inconvenience, I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this unique and relaxing hotel experience.

The hotel is located in a serene and picturesque area, with views of beautiful Karst mountains and an adjacent ancient village to explore. there is a local restaurant near the hotel, which offers authentic dishes to try. the rooms are spacious, clean and thoughtfully decorated with Chinese traditional style. Guests can enjoy the peaceful garden landscape and even have breakfast on the balcony with a scenic view. the staff provide professional service and are friendly and accommodating towards guests.
The hotel could benefit from better soundproofing to prevent disturbance from outside noises.

I absolutely loved my stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel nestled in the scenic mountains. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and surrounded by gorgeous trails for leisurely walks. The view from my room's balcony was breathtaking, making it hard to leave the comfort of the room. The staff here were super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The room itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay, including tea and coffee facilities and a flat-screen TV.

The staff, responsive and kind. Charming and comfortable hotel. Beautiful garden. Good nearby food and service. Great views. English-speaking and helpful staff. Clean and well-designed room. Wonderful food in the nearby coffee house.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
